Construction Statistics from Approved Building Permits (Quezon City): Second Quarter 2019 (Preliminary Result)

The total number of new construction projects from approved building permits in Quezon City increased by 204.1 percent, from 145 building permits in the second quarter of 2018 to 441 building permits in the same quarter of 2019. Meanwhile, the value of building construction decreased by 19.5 percent, from ₱7.1 billion in the second quarter of 2018 to ₱5.7 billion in the same quarter of 2019.

Construction Statistics from Approved Building Permits (Quezon City): Fourth Quarter 2018 (Preliminary Result)

The total number of new construction projects from approved building permits in Quezon City increased by 181.6 percent, from 103 in the fourth quarter of 2017 to 290 in the same quarter of 2018. Likewise, the value of building construction increased by 107.2 percent, from ₱715.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2017 to ₱1.5 billion in the same quarter of 2018.

The total number of new construction projects from approved building permits in Quezon City decreased by 12.3 percent, from 268 in the third quarter of 2017 to 235 in the same quarter of 2018. Likewise, the value of building construction decreased by 19.7 percent, from ₱1.1 billion in the third quarter of 2017 to ₱921.3 million in the same quarter of 2018.

The total number of new construction projects from approved building permits in Quezon City increased by 196.6 percent, from 119 in the first quarter of 2018 to 353 in the same quarter of 2019. Likewise, the value of building construction increased by 325.4 percent, from ₱607.4 million in the first quarter of 2018 to ₱2,583.5 million in the same quarter of 2019.
