Vital Statistics of City of Marikina: First Quarter 2018 (Preliminary Results)

There were 2,017 live births registered timely in City of Marikina for the first quarter of 2018, recording a decrease of 0.8 percent from the 2017 first quarter figure of 2,034. Of the total registered timely live births, 1,050 or 52.1 percent were males and 967 or 47.9 percent were females, which resulted to a sex ratio of 109 males per 100 females.

There were 11,465 live births registered timely in Quezon City in the first quarter of 2018, recording a decrease of 0.5 percent from the 2017 first quarter figure of 11,517. Of the total registered live births, 6,030 or 52.6 percent were males and 5,435 or 47.4 percent were females, which resulted to a sex ratio of 111 males per 100 females.

Birth Statistics of Quezon City: Second Quarter 2019 (Preliminary Results)

There were 12,728 live births registered timely in Quezon City in the second quarter of 2019, recording a decrease of 0.8 percent from the 2018 second quarter figure of 12,829. Of the total registered live births, 6,695 or 52.6 percent were males and 6,033 or 47.4 percent were females, which resulted to a sex ratio of 111 males per 100 females.

Construction Statistics from Approved Building Permits (Quezon City): Second Quarter 2019 (Preliminary Result)

The total number of new construction projects from approved building permits in Quezon City increased by 204.1 percent, from 145 building permits in the second quarter of 2018 to 441 building permits in the same quarter of 2019. Meanwhile, the value of building construction decreased by 19.5 percent, from ₱7.1 billion in the second quarter of 2018 to ₱5.7 billion in the same quarter of 2019.

Construction Statistics from Approved Building Permits (City of Marikina): Second Quarter 2019 (Preliminary Result)

The total number of new construction projects from approved building permits in the City of Marikina decreased by 71.3 percent, from 115 building permits in the second quarter of 2018 to 33 building permits in the same quarter of 2019. Meanwhile, the value of building construction decreased by 76.7 percent, from ₱325.5 million in the second quarter of 2018 to ₱75.7 million in the same quarter of 2019.
