Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (Pasay City): 2020 Registered Live Births

In 2020, a total of 5,534 registered live births were recorded in Pasay City which translates to 15 babies born daily. The number of live births registered showed a generally decreasing trend. A decrease of -26.7 percent in the registered live births was posted in the past eight years, from 7,546 in 2012 to 5,534 in 2020. The highest decline rate was posted in 2020 with -16.0 percent compared to the registered live births of 6,587 in 2019.

In 2020, a total of 9,613 registered live births were recorded in the City of Parañaque which translates to 26 babies born daily. The number of live births registered showed a generally decreasing trend. A decrease of -20.3 percent in the registered live births was posted in the past eight years, from 12,061 in 2012 to 9,613 in 2020. The highest decline rate was posted in 2020 with -12.1 percent compared to the registered live births of 10,939 in 2019.

In 2020, a total of 7,093 registered live births were registered in the City of Muntinlupa which translates to 19 babies born daily. The number of live births registered showed a generally decreasing trend. A decrease of -20.2 percent in the registered live births was posted in the past eight years, from 8,892 in 2012 to 7,093 in 2020. The highest decline rate was posted in 2020 with -13.2 percent compared to the registered live births of 8,171 in 2019.

Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (City of Las Piñas): 2020 Registered Live Births

In 2020, a total of 8,743 registered live births were recorded in the City of Las Piñas which translates to 24 babies born daily. The number of live births registered showed a generally decreasing trend. A decrease of -22.4 percent in the registered live births was posted in the past six years, from 11,268 in 2014 to 8,743 in 2020. The highest decline rate was posted in 2020 with -10.3 percent compared to the registered live births of 9,751 in 2019.

PUBLIC ADVISORY - Adjustment of PhilSys Mall-Based Registration Centers Operating Hours

Please be advised that the operating hours of the following PhilSys Mall-Based Registration Centers both Step 2 Registration and Printable in the cities covered by NCR V (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Parañaque and Pasay) will be adjusted starting November 15. This is in line with the announcement of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) about the adjustment of the operating hours of malls in Metro Manila in apparent anticipation of the forthcoming Christmas holiday rush:
