City of Makati, Philippines — 13 June 2025. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office, National Capital Region III (PSA-RSSO NCR III) proudly announces the successful registration of 98-year-old Estelita Trillana Crisostomo, a resident of Barangay San Lorenzo, City of Makati, in the National ID System.
Mrs. Crisostomo, a widow and mother of outgoing Makati City Councilor Hon. Carmina Ortega, personally completed her registration in City of Makati—demonstrating that age is never a barrier to participating in essential government programs. Her registration supports her application for late birth registration and access to services for senior citizens as she approaches her 100th birthday.
The PSA - RSSO NCR III team ensured that the registration process was smooth, comfortable, and fully assisted. Mrs. Crisostomo’s participation underscores the importance of the National ID System in providing a single, secure, and universally accepted proof of identity for all Filipinos, especially the elderly.
“We are deeply honored to have served Mrs. Crisostomo. Her story inspires us to continue reaching out to every Filipino, ensuring that no one is left behind in the implementation of the National ID System,” said PSA-NCR PSO III (Supervising Statistical Specialist), Officer-in-Charge, Narciso H. Dino.
The National ID System aims to simplify public and private transactions, enhance access to social services, and promote financial and social inclusion by establishing a reliable and universally accepted proof of identity.
NCR PSO III encourages all citizens, especially senior citizens and those in need of identity documentation to register and benefit from this landmark program.
