Before his appointment as the Regional Director (RD) of the Philippine Statistics Authority – National Capital Region (PSA-NCR), RD Paciano B. Dizon served as the Chief Statistical Specialist at the PSA NCR – Provincial Statistical Office III for many years. Along with his promising journey from holding various positions in the PSA, he made notable contributions to the agency such as leading and taking part in all statistical and administrative operations in the region. He also leads the formulation of the 2018-2023 Regional Statistical Development Program and is recognized as the Vice-Chair of the Regional Statistics Committee (RSC) in NCR.

A determined and dedicated public servant, RD Dizon continuously strives for a dynamic mechanism that ensures reliable and responsive statistical services in the region. As a leader, he always ensures the best foot forward in achieving sound and strategic decisions for equitable development for all.

In stepping up his career development, he initiated and attended various training and workshops conducted at the local and national levels such as strategic planning, training on statistical methodologies, and workshops on the civil registration guidelines among others. He is also a member of the different National and Regional Line Committees.

In terms of his scholastic records, RD Dizon has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Marketing from Colegio de San Juan de Letran. He continued his professional development at the Philippine Christian University and finished a master’s in business administration.
