28 May 2024 – Pasig City. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is pleased to announce the successful launch of the demographic profile update for the National ID at the National Capital Region PSO III Fixed Registration Center (FRC). On the first implementation day, three registered persons visited the center to update their information.

Two registrants successfully updated their birthdates, demonstrating the streamlined and efficient process in place. Unfortunately, the update for the third registrant could not be processed due to the lack of required documents. The PSA reminds all registrants to bring complete and accurate documentation to facilitate a smooth updating process.

The PSA is committed to ensuring that the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) remains accurate and up-to-date, reflecting all registrants' true and current information. We encourage everyone to visit our FRC on Bagtikan St., Makati City, with the necessary documents for any updates or corrections to their demographic profiles.

For further information on required documents and the updating process, please visit our website or contact our customer service hotline.
