Pasig City – 02 December 2024 – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) NCR III proudly announces the successful registration of its first infant under the 0–11-month-old registration program for the National ID System, in Pasig City. An 8-month-old registrant, Chiara Kyla Colinares Alana, born on February 2, 2024, is now officially part of the PhilSys database, marking a significant milestone in PhilSys commitment to inclusivity and accessibility for all age groups.
The registration took place at the PhilSys registration center in Barangay Pinagsama, Pasig City, where the PSA is currently conducting a saturation drive.
The successful registration underscores PhilSys’ dedication to bringing services closer to communities, ensuring convenience for parents and guardians while enabling children to benefit from the National ID system from an early age. By providing young Filipinos with a valid proof of identity, the program empowers families to access government services more efficiently, including passport applications and other essential benefits. This achievement is a testament to the PSA’s efforts in fostering inclusivity and building a robust, universal identification system for every Filipino.
