15 October 2024 – City of Makati. True to its commitment of continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System of the agency, Philippine Statistics Authority NCR - Provincial Statistical Office III (PSA NCR - PSO III) opens its door for the 2nd Internal Quality Management System Audit.

With the main objective of assessing the Quality Management System conformity of NCR PSO III, Mr. Richard P. Tolentino, Statistical Specialist II, conducted the Internal Audit on field operations particularly on Statistical Operations, Civil Registrations, Support Operations, and Registration Operations for the Philippine Identification System, including Management, Administrative and other support processes.

Headed by Mr. Narciso H. Dino (Supervising Statistical Specialist) Officer-In-Charge as the Auditee Representative together with the different Process Flow Owners, clearly presented the NCR PSO III organizational structure, processes, procedures and different activities documented following the applicable standard of ISO 9001:2015.

Wrapping up the activity is a positive note from Internal Auditor Mr. Richard P. Tolentino quoting that Quality Management System is a lifestyle.

With that note, PSA NCR PSO III stands firm in the pursuit of fulfilling its mission of delivering relevant and reliable statistics, efficient civil registration services and inclusive identification system for equitable development towards improved quality of life for all.
