28 July 2025. Philippine Statistics Authority–National Capital Region Provincial Statistical Office II (PSA NCR PSO II), in collaboration with the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) and the Quezon City Civil Registry Office (QCCRO), recently conducted an advocacy campaign aimed at raising awareness of PSA services at Salam Compound, Barangay Culiat, Quezon City last 02 July 2025.

This initiative sought to promote the inclusive implementation of the National ID System and facilitate the late registration of Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) for marginalized sectors. This aligns with PSA’s commitment to ensuring that all Filipino, regardless of socio-cultural background, have access to vital documents, which are essential for accessing social protection programs, education, banking, employment, and other government services.

Mr. Dimapuno A. Datu-Ramos, Jr., MD, CESE, NCMF-NCR Director, conveyed his appreciation to PSA-NCR PSO II and QCCRO for the systematic approach involved in achieving the objectives and highlighting the importance of civil registration and National ID to Muslim Filipinos.
