05 April 2024 – QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES. The PSA Provincial Statistical Office II (PSA NCR PSO II) conducted the April 2024 Labor Force Survey (LFS) third-level training from 02 to 05 April 2024 at NCR PSO II Conference Room. This was attended by 11 statistical researchers (SRs) and four office-based supervisors.

The LFS is a household-based survey conducted to gather data on the demographic and socio-economic characteristics of the population. Data gathered from this survey provides information on major labor market trends.

Questions about tourism and unpaid workers were added to April 2024 LFS.

Quezon City has a total sample of 410 households while the City of Marikina has 400 sample households.

The enumeration is scheduled from 08 to 30 April 2024.
