
17 March 2025 – QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES. The Philippine Statistics Authority- National Capital Region Provincial Statistical Office II (PSA-NCR PSO II), in collaboration with the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), launched its One-Stop Shop Service at the DAR Conference Room. The activity sought to provide all DAR employees and family members with accessible and efficient public service.
Other agencies such as Land Transportation Office (LTO), Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund), Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) were present in the one stop shop offering various local services, the PSA offered mobile issuance of civil registry documents service and National ID registration. A total of 11 new registration were successfully processed into the National ID System during the event.
“This initiative demonstrate the government's continuing commitment to improve public service delivery, aligning with the administration’s goal of enhancing accessibility and responsiveness in government transactions. Will remain dedicated in fulfilling its mission of delivering efficient civil registration and inclusive identification system for the benefit of all Filipinos,” CSS Helen L Adolacion said.
The One-Stop Shop Service aims to streamline government services, reduce bureaucratic obstacles and simplify access to necessary documentation and support for citizens. Through the PSA’s mobile services, individuals can conveniently request copies of vital records such as birth, marriage, and death certificates, and register for the National Identification System without visiting PSA offices.
