30 January 2025 – City of Makati. In a joint effort to promote health awareness, PSA NCR PSO III, led by Supervising Statistical Specialist and Officer-in-Charge, Mr. Narciso H. Dino, partnered with the Makati Health Department (MHD), conducted a set of lectures on Liver Cancer and Viral Hepatitis Awareness and Prevention, Mental Health, Autism, and Goiter Awareness.

The activity was organized by the Gender and Development (GAD) Team through the initiatives of Ms. Erlinda D. Borda, Statistical Specialist II, Ms. Mae Ann G. Habijan, Registration Officer I, and Ms. Florence G. Dado, Statistical Analyst.

Mr. Christian T. Medina, RN, handled the first part of the lecture on Communicable Diseases. With great pride in his chosen field of expertise, he gave the best and clear explanations of the mental health topic.

Dr. Carmencita Ileen C. Ragasa - Ahmed, MD, with her very cheerful personality, delivered the highly engaging second part of presentations that satisfied the curiosity and questions of the audience regarding liver cancer, viral hepatitis, autism and goiter.

The PSA NCR III extended its appreciation to the Makati Health Department for the continuous partnership that aims to promote and share relevant information on total health awareness.
