02 February 2024 – 3rd Floor STWLPC Building, 336-338 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia) Barangay 49 Zone 7, Pasay City. The Philippine Statistics Authority National Capital Region – Provincial Statistical Office V (PSA NCR – PSO V) celebrated the 34^th Civil Registration Month (CRM) Kick-Off ceremony with the theme “CRVS: The Future of Seamless Services”. 

The program started around 9:00 o’clock in the morning with a parade at the neighboring streets surrounding the office participated by the staff and personnel, and then followed with a holy mass. The celebration continued in the afternoon where the Chief Statistical Specialist (CSS) of PSA NCR – PSO V, Estrella R. Vargas, delivered the opening message emphasizing on the value and significant role of the PSA in serving the Filipino people and its prominent mandates in making civil registry documents available and easy to access for all. As such, CSS Vargas encouraged everyone to be part of the progress towards an equitable development in providing quality and seamless civil registration services.

Afterwards, a series of activities will be conducted such as lecture and orientation on RA 9048 and RA 10172 and Slogan Making contest intended for the entire PSA NCR – PSO V employees as part of the 34^th CRM celebration. The activity is expected to end with a closing remarks to be delivered by Ms. Judie Rhisa G. Baluran, Supervising Statistical Specialist of PSA NCR – PSO V, and a photo opportunity for the staff and personnel.
