City of Taguig, 15 August 2022 – During the meeting, CSS Basilio congratulated Mayor Lani on her new term in office and presented PSA’s Birth Registration Assistance Project, its process, and benefits such as late registration of birth certificate for Taguigeños are free of charge which she excitingly proposed a launching for the activity with suggested theme “Walang Taguigeñong Walang Birth Certificate”. She mentioned that a similar campaign was conducted during her previous term and that having a Birth Certificate is important as one of the basic rights of an individual.  Status and update of Philippine National ID registration for the city that includes barangays that have not yet started their registration. She expressed her support in helping register the remaining residents of Taguig. She also ensures that the City of Taguig will always be helpful to PSA’s activities and that her office is always open for innovations and pilot testing.
