26 February 2025 – QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES. The Philippine Statistics Authority–National Capital Region Provincial Statistical Office II (PSA NCR PSO II), in collaboration with the Civil Registry Services (CRS) and Quezon City Civil Registry Office (QCCRO), conducted a Barangay Civil Registration Caravan in Barangay Payatas, Quezon City on 26 February 2025. This initiative was part of the 35th Civil Registration Month activities.

CSS Helen L. Adolacion, along with Registration Officers V Ms. Thelma P. Kahanding, Mr. Emilio C. Querubin Jr., and Payatas Barangay Captain Rascal Doctor, addressed the community. They emphasized the importance of birth registration through the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP), enabling individual to acquire a name and a nationality and access to social and financial services through National ID Registration.

NCR PSO II remains dedicated to extending its services and outreach programs to communities. The caravan facilitated birth registration of 184 individuals through BRAP, registered 82 National IDs and authenticated 59 IDs for continued program inclusion in DSWD’s 4PSs Family Development Sessions.
