01 May 2024 - Pasig City. - The Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) welcomed OIC DNS Minerva Eloisa P. Esquivas of the Censuses and Technical Coordination Office (CTCO) on her visit to one of our Registration Centers in Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pasig City.

During her visit, OIC DNS Minerva Eloisa P. Esquivas observed the ongoing National ID registration process in Barangay Sta. Lucia. Before her main objective, she made a courtesy call to Captain Aldwin Ilagan, the Barangay Captain of Sta. Lucia, to strengthen ties and discuss collaborative efforts in furthering the PhilSys mission.

The highlight of the visit was the supervision of the delivery of PhilIDs within the barangay. Accompanied by our dedicated RTS/PhilID personnel, Dalyn Joy B. Pirote and Lulu Dizon, she witnessed firsthand the efficient door-to-door delivery method employed by the team.

Expressing satisfaction, she noted the proficiency of our delivery personnel in executing their tasks. Their familiarity with the area and keen understanding of their responsibilities streamlined the process, ensuring smooth and hassle-free delivery of National IDs to constituents in Barangay Sta. Lucia.

"This visit provided valuable insights into the operational efficiency of PhilSys at the grassroots level. It is heartening to witness the dedication and professionalism of our team in fulfilling our mandate of providing every Filipino with a reliable and secure means of identification", she said.
