PhilSys NCR PSO III joyfully shares the registration of Ms. Victoria Ramos Pineda, a remarkable 103-year-old resident of Valle Verde 5, Pasig City, as the oldest registrant in NCR III of the Philippine National ID. Ms. Pineda completed her registration process at SM East Ortigas on April 1, 2024, marking a significant milestone in our pursuit of inclusive and comprehensive identification services.

Ms. Pineda's registration to the Philippine National ID showcases the importance of the system in serving citizens of all ages and backgrounds. Her commitment to securing her identity reflects the widespread recognition of the benefits and convenience offered by PhilSys.

"We are deeply honored to have Ms. Victoria Ramos Pineda as our oldest registrant. Her decision to register for the National ID not only symbolizes her commitment to compliance with government regulations but also serves as an inspiring example for people of all ages.," stated Narciso H. Dino, (Supervising Statistical Specialist), Officer-in-Charge of NCR PSO III. “Nanay Victoria’s registration proved that age is truly just a number when it comes to embracing modern technology and participating in nation-building initiatives,” he added. 

The Philippine National ID, or PhilSys, is a government-initiated program to provide reliable and universally accepted proof of identity for all Filipinos. PhilSys aims to promote financial inclusion, enhance public service delivery, and strengthen national security by streamlining identification processes and facilitating access to government services.

Ms. Pineda's registration serves as proof of the accessibility and efficiency of the registration process, made available through various nationwide registration centers, including malls, local government offices, and other designated locations.
