Mayor Victor Ma. Regis Nubla Sotto, esteemed leader of Pasig City, took a significant step towards national identification yesterday as he completed his registration for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) at Pasig City Hall.

Narciso H. Dino (Supervising Statistical Specialist), Officer-in-Charge of NCR III, led the PhilSys team during Mayor Sotto's registration.  The team’s expertise and dedication ensured a seamless registration experience for Mayor Sotto and underscored the efficiency of the PhilSys implementation.

During the registration, Mayor Vico Sotto demonstrated his genuine concern for the welfare of Pasiguenos by inquiring about the number of successful registrations in his municipality. His proactive engagement highlights his commitment to ensuring all constituents can access PhilSys' benefits.

Furthermore, his warmth and approachability were evident as he shared personal anecdotes. His openness not only fostered a friendly atmosphere but also emphasized the importance of PhilSys in providing a secure and verifiable means of identification for all Filipinos.
