18 July 2025 – The Philippine Statistics Authority – National Capital Region Provincial Statistical Office I (PSA NCR PSO I) proudly participated in the official launch of the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub and eGov Super App held at the Makabagong San Juan National Government Center, Barangay St. Joseph, San Juan.

The event was a key step in the government’s digital transformation, making the eGovPH Hub a one-stop place for many government services, both in person and through the new eGov Super App.

The initiative not only improved access to the National Identification System but also created opportunities for individuals to enjoy the benefits of being registered.

PSA NCR PSO I operates their designated booth at the eGovPH Hub, offering services such as:

  • Registration for the National Identification System

  • Inquiries on the status of National ID applications

  • Issuance of the National ID in paper form (ePhilID)

Alongside these services, the PSA Regional Statistical Services Office – National Capital Region (RSSO NCR) also offered issuance of civil registry documents, such as birth and death certificates, with the added convenience of same-day release for clients.

To avail of these services, the public is encouraged to set an appointment via the eGov Super App, which is available on major mobile platforms. This ensures faster and more convenient processing of transactions at the Hub.

Through its participation, PSA NCR PSO I reinforces its commitment to bringing government services closer to the people—promoting accessibility, efficiency, and citizen-focused service delivery through digital transformation.
