PhilSys personnel successfully registers a resident from Barangay 81, Pasay City during the conduct of PhilSys on Wheels in their community. 

"PhilSys on Wheels," a ground-breaking program aimed at streamlining and expediting the national ID registration process for residents in Pasay City, has been launched by the Philippine Statistics Authority—National Capital Region Provincial Statistical Office V (PSA-NCR PSO V).

PhilSys on Wheels registration started in the latter part of 2023 and is currently going around the city. This initiative is in partnership with the City Government of Pasay which provided three e-tricycles to be utilized in this program.

By introducing this mobile registration service, PSA-NCR PSO V seeks to make sure that everyone who is eligible can immediately and conveniently register for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys). They can also avail themselves of other PhilSys services, such as ePhilId issuance and Transaction Reference Number (TRN) retrieval.

The PhilSys on Wheels program was initiated to help students, senior citizens, persons with disabilities and working individuals who might find it difficult to find the time to register for their national ID. They no longer have to travel to designated fixed registration centers because of this innovative approach, which delivers the registration process right to their doorsteps.

Residents are urged by PSA-NCR PSO V to take advantage of this convenient registration service and to look out for PhilSys on Wheels in their neighborhoods.
