As part of the registration process, the dedicated personnel of PhilSys meticulously capture the biometric information of each registrant, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data collected.

The Philippine Statistics Authority—National Capital Region Provincial Statistical Office V (PSA-NCR PSO V) has established a registration center for National ID at the Land Transportation Office (LTO) – Pasay City Licensing Center located at Domestic Road, Pasay City.

To provide better services and convenience to the public, the collaboration between PSA and LTO has resulted in the establishment of a co-location at the LTO Pasay from January 11–31, 2023. This initiative is primarily aimed at assisting clients who lack valid identification documents, particularly those who have not yet registered in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) or have not yet received their PhilID.

PSA strongly encourage all LTO clients to make the most of this opportunity by visiting the dedicated PhilSys registration booth at LTO Pasay. By doing so, clients can successfully register for their National ID and request the issuance of their ePhilID.

The partnership between PSA and LTO was established to provide the utmost convenience and accessibility to the general public when carrying out transactions at the LTO. Co-locating the registration center for National ID within the LTO Pasay premises ensures a seamless process for individuals who need to obtain or update their documents. This collaborative effort is a testament to the commitment of both the PSA and LTO to delivering efficient and customer-friendly services to the public.
